Emergency Contact is an RPG with node based traversal, ATB driven combat, and queer characters. The game focuses on a group of survivors who are out on a supply run in the city to replenish their safe house’s stock. They soon meet other survivors and have to face the zombie hordes to make it out alive.
I wrote the main story and painted background illustrations for the project. Story development included creating personalities for all of the characters within the game, creating narrative outlines that fit the structure of our game, iterating and editing scripts, and developing themes.
